This basement washroom/gear room/random bonus toilet had never reached its full potential. I framed in a wall and added a separate entry to a smaller gear room and then walled off the utility with remained access for maintenance and air filters from the other side. Busting up the concrete and shifting plumbing I was able to keep a floor drain, add a new washing machine location, and add a shower drain. The toilet never moves in this remodel and you can see in the after photos taken from the same spot just how big this bathroom add was. The bead board ceiling really makes the room feel a bit bigger and wow what a beautiful marble shower! The washing machine and dryer now have their own compartment out of the way and the added vanity ties it all together as a perfect joint space.
