This dark basement corner was mostly unused and the homeowner wanted to try and find space for a bathroom. After some 3D modeling we came up with a layout that puts the utilities in their own closet, had space for a large dual nozzle shower, and bathroom. We also built in laundry shelving and built in a stackable washer and dryer space. It’s hard to believe this beautiful space can be born out of such a dark basement zone.
