This 1950s home, inherited from the owners’ grandmother, had been untouched for years and was ready for a full transformation. We remediated asbestos throughout, removed a main-floor wall, and opened the once-cramped split level into a spacious, light-filled kitchen and living area designed for cooking and entertaining. Upstairs, we reworked closets to create a generous en suite with a walk-in shower, bench, and floating wood vanity, while the basement gained marmoleum floors for a gym and gear storage. With all three bathrooms, the laundry room, rear entry, garage access, windows, roof, and gutters completely redone, the home is now stunning and modern.
