Corner Canyon Basement Mother in Law
Just months after moving into their brand-new home in Corner Canyon, the homeowners discovered serious vapor issues in their unfinished basement—an unfortunate result of poorly managed vapor and bulk water. We stepped in to correct the moisture problems with a high-performance vapor-permeable barrier and reworked the wall assemblies to ensure long-term durability.
The space was then fully built out from the ground up: new framing, upgraded mechanical systems, and full finishes throughout. The final layout includes a large living area, a full kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a mechanical room.
